TECHNICAL GRADE SODIUM HYDROXIDE
CAUSTIC SODA (GOST 2263-79)
Technical grade sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is designated for chemistry, oil chemistry, cellulose and paper industry, non-ferrous metallurgy and other sectors of economy.
Technical grade sodium hydroxide is produced of the following grades:
TR– solid mercury (flaky);
TD– solid diaphragmatic (melted);
RR– mercury solution;
RCH– chemical solution;
RD– diaphragmatic solutions.
In terms of physical-chemical properties the technical grade granulated sodium hydroxide must meet the following standards:

Liquid products are poured into specially designated railway tanks, auto containers. At the client’s request the product may be poured into 100-275 dm3 welded steel barrels. Solid products may be packed into steel drums. With the client’s approval, flaky solid product may be packaged into glass or polyethylene containers with a net mass of 2-3 kg . Liquid products are stored in closed alkali resistant containers; solid products are stored packaged in closed non-heated warehousing premises . Warranty storage time - 1 year after manufacture.

Technical grade granulated sodium hydroxide, NaOH, is used in chemistry, gas, metallurgy, oil chemistry and other sectors of economy.
Production of two-brand technical grade granulated sodium hydroxide is intended:
GR - granulated mercury;
GD - granulated diaphragmatic.

PACKAGING: Liquid product is poured into specially designated railway tanks, auto containers, 50-60 dm3 welded steel barrels of 50-60 dm3 Technical grade granulated sodium hydroxide is packed into valve polyethylene two-layer bag, also into valve humidity-resistant, closed, with a fabric laminated bags for powdery chemical products. Technical grade granulated sodium hydroxide is stored in closed warehousing premises, in stacks up to 3 m high. If stored in heated warehousing premises, bags with sodium hydroxide are arranged at a distance of 1 metre from heating devices. Warranty storage time - 1 year after manufacture.
